You agree to abide by our Service Agreement when using our products and services when engaging on any sites owned by Coderare

Coderare, does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Coderare be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Coderare be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Coderare or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.


Our products are released under GNU general public license and that means you can use them on unlimited domains without any limitation but the support and updates are only provided to the buyer and you will get 1 year of support and updates with the purchase. Note that you’re not allowed to sell any of our product directly, you can only use them in your customers websites.

Browser Compatibility

We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across most major browsers, which is why our products support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 9+. However, the performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.


Customers who make individual, multiple or Extended Membership product purchases will get access to product updates that are available to them till the time their subscription remains active.

Even though there is no guarantee that the older templates will be compatible with future versions of WordPress, all templates are designed to work with the latest available version of WordPress and we do our best to release product updates on the same day of a major release of WordPress, if not sooner.


Your Coderare individual/package product(s) information will be emailed to the email address (that you will provide) once we receive your payment or after completing the registration. Even though this usually takes a few minutes, it may also take up to 24 hours. You can contact us through our contact page if you do not receive your email after waiting for this time period. You will have access to purchased product/bundle and the support forum after logging in with the given credentials.

Site Content

All the content published on the Coderare.com domain including images, site content published on the showcase and on the blog, belongs to Coderare and is under copyright. Any reproduction of the site content has to be authorized and distinctly referenced back to the source. Written consent of Coderare is required before the Coderare website is used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purpose. Though the content published on demo sites is non-exclusive and is not copyrighted.

Demo Content

Coderare respects the rights of third party creators and content owners and expects that you will do the same. Given the nature of the Service and the volume of information submitted, we cannot and does not monitor all of the Materials posted or transmitted by you and other third-party information providers via the Service, including, without limitation, any Materials posted via the website. You expressly agree that we: (a) will not be liable for Materials and (b) reserve the right to review, reject, delete, remove, modify, or edit any Materials at any time for any reason, without liability and without notice to you. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to remove User Content from the Service for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy below.

When viewing the theme demos at https://demo.coderare.com/, you will see several photographic images used. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the membership. Our themes and plugins do not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. The photos used in the demos are purely for demonstration purposes and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own thumbnail images. The photos used in our demos are licensed from various Stock Image websites and are Copyright to respective owners. These photos should not be saved, copied or redistributed in any way.

Price Changes

Coderare reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change at any time. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Coderare website. Accepting any new offer will supersede and cancel any previous one that you’ve accepted, the discount or offer will be applied to the current and respective price plans irrespective of any grandfathered or discounted accounts.

Refund Policies

Coderare offers 30 day refunds on all products. We care for our customer’s happiness and want to make sure they are happy and satisfied with our products at all times.

Our products are digital and are subject to the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25th October 2011 on consumer rights. What that directive means is that digital products which are downloadable, are excluded from the right of withdrawal and are not eligible for refunds under the law. However, we believe that customers should not pay for products that do not solve their problems. For this reason, we do provide refunds to our customers when our product is broken or does not work as promised. But, to prevent abuse of our liberal refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.

We want to keep our refund policy fair for our customers. For this reason, we want you to understand your rights regarding refunds and the conditions under which we might refuse those refunds.

We thoroughly test our products for any potential issues and expect them to work on your website perfectly and if the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought an item by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill; or
  • you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

If you face any issues with our products, we suggest you take the following steps before requesting a refund.

  1. Check our extensive documentation for the specific product to find answers
  2. Check if your WordPress installation meets the technical requirements of the specific product
  3. Ask for help from the support staff by opening a support ticket here.

Note that most products require some setting up to work as desired. An error message during product usage may be a sign of improper configuration, and we would recommend properly setting up the product by reading the documentation.

Initiating a refund from the payment provider or issuing a chargeback will not speed up the process of your refund, as we reserve the right to hold refund requests.

If you follow all the above steps and even our support staff is unable to solve issues with your product, we will gladly refund your purchase. Please note that the time to request a refund is under 30 days from the purchase of the product. After 30 days, we won’t be able to process any refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel your subscription and revoke membership access with a prorated refund for any reason we deem appropriate. You may not resell, share, or publish subscription credentials or access. You may not provide direct, or indirect access to our content or downloads.

A supported item includes item support for 1 year from the purchase date. During those 1 year, you can ask questions about how to use the item, technical questions about the item (and included third party assets), Help with defects in the item or included third party assets. Response times by Coderare can vary depending on the volume of inquiries, the nature of the request, and whether questions have already been answered or support has already been provided.

What’s not included in support

Item customization – Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page.

Installation of the item – Coderare do not support any installations to your web servers.

Hosting, server environment – Coderare do not support issues about your web hosting or server environment.
